BlinkID Malaysia
Effective date: April 15, 2026. These terms govern your access to BlinkID services in Malaysia.
By using BlinkID, you agree to these terms for every tenant and workspace under your account. You are responsible for the users invited into your workspace and how verification links are distributed.
We provide hosted eKYC workflows, dashboards, and verification links on a best-effort basis with commercial uptime targets. Planned maintenance and emergency fixes may temporarily affect availability.
You must collect lawful consent from end users before document verification, prevent unauthorized access to your account, and ensure your usage complies with Malaysian privacy and identity regulations.
Subscription fees are billed in advance based on your selected plan. Usage-based charges, if applicable, are calculated from successful verification requests. Plan upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, legal violations, or security incidents. You may terminate service at any time by contacting support. Account and tenant data retention follows our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, BlinkID is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Total liability under this agreement is limited to fees paid during the previous three months.
